Farmers want Amendment in Agriculture Bill's as below
1. MSP to be legallised on every crops ,if procurement done below MSP then trader,procurement agency should be sent to jail & necessary action to be taken. This should be written in laws.
2. MSP is there but unfortunately nobody doing crops procurement on MSP because this is not legal. If it should be legal then farmers can able to take action legally on traders,companies and agencies.
3. Modi government verbally saying that MSP will be there but in Gazette it is not written. Also procurement below MSP should be punishable. This should be written & amended in Bill's.
4. Modi government called farmer unions 2 times but farmers unions leaders were humiliated by government and nstomar wasn't answer their questions bcz he don't have solutions so farmers went back again with solution.
5. As I read the Gazette, if traders & procurement agencies will not give MSP then farmers cannot go to courts against procurement agencies,traders etc. Farmers can only complaint to DC & DM. Now Question is that who will listen farmers voices if anything happens unpleasant with them. Answer is, no one because as per laws farmers can only complaint to DC or DM. As we all know the power of DM or DC's are limited & can be changed anytime. Furthermore, DM or DC would have been under pressure because if reliance, adani or other big corporates will procure crops from farmers then DM's or DC's will also afraid to take action against such big companies and poor farmers will die slowly.
6. Farmers didn't not demand this law and there is no need to implement such rubbish laws. Who told to government to bring this laws for farmers, nobody. It is being passed in lok sabha or raja sabha forcefully and implement on farmers forcefully. If farmers don't want this laws then why it is being enacted on them. This is pure & legalised loot by government and giving benefits to big corporates companies.
7. Corporates companies can store unlimited stock in there stores and allowed to earn 200% profit on eatable, goods etc. This is legal & written in Gazette .This means they allowed for legalised loot through the system. They can decide there price by their own but farmer cannot decide his crop or produce price by own. It will be decided by traders ,agencies or companies. Why farmer cannot decide his own crop price??? His crop he will or must decide the selling price.
8. This agriculture laws will diminished APMC completey and state government revenue will be ended.I will explain through example, Initially "JIO" gave us everything on free & slowly they started tariff and charging money for everything. Same way initially private procurement agencies will give high price on crops and slowly they will damaged the APMC completely. When APMC fully diminished then private agencies start legal loot through the laws
